"Really?" This surely piqued her interest, already shifting her attention fully at the woman. "This is the first time I have met a scientist in the flesh! I am nothing compared to you, of course. Then again, I am not a scientist in the first place, there is a big difference between a scientist and a researcher!"
She paused, realizing that she was babbling nonsense once more, before clearing her throat. “Ah, apologies, I tend to be easily excited, as you can see. But to meet a scientist like you, this is truly an honor! Oh, what sort of experiments do you do, I am curious!”
To hear someone becoming so excited over what she did was a pleasant surprise. Most times, people would turn and run away, and if she entered a hospital, she was most times chased out. Just because her creations and creatures may look grotesque to them didn’t mean they weren’t beautiful in some way. Besides, she always managed to save the lives of the people she helped.
“You really flatter me so–I’ve done so many that I don’t even know where I can start. Not too long ago, I had been split in half vertically. Extra organs and body parts were created in the cloning tube and I became two so I wouldn’t be joining damaged organs and making the situation worse. Once everything was restored and replaced, I put myself back together and the other cloned halves were joined as well. I’m sure she’s around here somewhere.”
